  1. You receive an email: “[Org Name] — Please update your directory info”
  2. Click Review & Update My Info
  3. Review your current information
  4. Make changes (name, phone, address, photo, bio, social links)
  5. Click Submit My Update
Your update goes to your admin for review unless auto-approved.
Magic links are personal to you and expire in 7 days. Do not forward them.

From Your Profile Page

  1. Visit the directory and find your profile
  2. Click Update my info
  3. A magic link is sent to your email
  4. Click the link to open your update form

What You Can Update

  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Address (street, city, state, zip)
  • Profile photo and cover photo
  • Bio (max 500 characters)
  • Birthday (month and day, year optional)
  • Social links (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, website)

Photo Tips

  • Profile photo: Minimum 200×200px, square works best
  • Cover photo: Minimum 1400×400px, landscape orientation
  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP (max 5MB)
