Step 1: Create your account

Go to getrolio.app/register and sign up with your email address.
No credit card required. All plans include a 30-day free trial.

Step 2: Set up your organization

After registering, you’ll be prompted to create your organization:
  1. Enter your organization name (e.g., “St. Matthew’s Church”)
  2. Select your organization type (church, nonprofit, club, etc.)
  3. Your directory URL is automatically generated: getrolio.app/view/your-org-name

Step 3: Add your first members

You can add members in three ways:
Click + Add member in the directory and fill in the member’s details.

Step 4: Share your directory

Your public directory is available at getrolio.app/view/your-slug. Go to Admin → Overview to copy your directory link, generate a QR code, and configure public visibility.
  1. Go to Admin → Magic Links
  2. Click Send Update Requests
  3. Select All members or a specific group
  4. Members receive an email with a personal link to update their profile
Members can update their profile in under 30 seconds — no login or password required.
