Step 1: Create your account
Go to getrolio.app/register and sign up with your email address.No credit card required. All plans include a 30-day free trial.
Step 2: Set up your organization
After registering, you’ll be prompted to create your organization:- Enter your organization name (e.g., “St. Matthew’s Church”)
- Select your organization type (church, nonprofit, club, etc.)
- Your directory URL is automatically generated:
getrolio.app/view/your-org-name
Step 3: Add your first members
You can add members in three ways:- Add manually
- Import CSV
- Send magic links
Click + Add member in the directory and fill in the member’s details.
Step 4: Share your directory
Your public directory is available atgetrolio.app/view/your-slug.
Go to Admin → Overview to copy your directory link, generate a QR code, and configure public visibility.
Step 5: Send magic links
- Go to Admin → Magic Links
- Click Send Update Requests
- Select All members or a specific group
- Members receive an email with a personal link to update their profile
